Optical fiber networks
We design and realize infrastructures in optical fiber in ethernet or PON mode. Optical fibers are polymer strands made into flexible cables, that have the characteristic of conveying light with extremely low leakages, even over long distances.
They’re immune to electrical disturbances and temperature variations hence particularly suited for the deployment of wired broadband network accesses. The cables are thin and light, they are the size of a hair (125 micrometers) and a kilometer of optical fibers weights less than 2 kg.
Copper fiber networks
We design and realize copper infrastructures in various copper categories. Differently from optical fiber networks, copper networks are transmission lines consisting of a pair of metallic wires used for telephonic communications and data.
Through the Ethernet and plug RJ-45 protocol, the pairs are also used for transmitting data in local networks (in this case there’s a four pairs plait).
Wireless networks
We design and realize infrastructures for the wireless 2.4 and 5GHz connectivity. The term wireless refers to a form of communication between electronic devices obtained thanks to low power radio wave therefore, without wires. This kind of networks are used in the field of fixed and mobile telecommunications and are systems consisting essentially of a transmitter, a receiver and an antenna, with frequencies that depend on the implemented standard.
Among their advantages we point out the elimination of wiring and the mobility that they allow the user. On the other hand, wireless imposes security issues, signal quality and can be a source of electromagnetic pollution.
GPON networks
We design and realize GPON networks (Gigabit Passive Optical Network). This is a next-gen technology made of a single optical fibre link that can be shared with 32 to 64 users. GPON offers a bandwidth without precedent (2.5 Gpbs downstream speed to all final users and a 1.2 Gpbs for upload) while eliminating the need of electricity thanks to the use of passive splitters.
As a matter of fact this technology has been chosen by Telecom Italia to implement the optical fiber infrastructures that we find in our cities.
Wire antennas
Using wire antennas we design and realize infrastructures for wireless connectivity. For more informations contact us by clicking here.
Radio links
We design and realize point-to-point or point-to-multipoint radio links for private use on 5,17 and 24 GHz frequencies. A radio link includes wireless connection between fixed points, realized to transmit audio and video information at distances that are usually impossible to reach.
The advantages that come by using this technology mainly involve the elimination of cables and the reduction of installation time while the limits are those typical of any form of radio propagation, such as signal attenuations due to atmospheric phenomena and interference.
Server room
We design and realize rooms and/or halls that contain network technology for both passive and active components.
We also install all the necessary elements that provide a well-equipped hall, from access control to technical floors, to the fire-detection with gas extinguishing system.
Control room
We design and build rooms dedicated to monitoring, control and management of technologies, including videowalls and workstations. Due to their strategic importance in many projects and productive activities, control rooms must be realized with high security criteria and they must be equipped with multiple control panels and often be controlled with video surveillance themselves.
They can also be used for temporary purposes and later discarded.
